Carnival Week

27th July – 1st August 2020

LIONS CLUB OF LOOE
CARNIVAL 2020

Sunday 19th July then Monday July 27th – Saturday August 1st

At this stage we are cancelling the Traditional Floral Dance on Monday 27th July and the Grand Carnival Procession on Saturday 1 August. Both of these events rely on sponsorship from local businesses together with a large amount of upfront organisation and financial commitment. With the current uncertainly it is both difficult to ask for sponsorship and commit to events that we may not be able to stage.

In respect of the remaining Carnival Week events we will be able to make a decision nearer the time based on the Government advice at that stage.

Kind regards,

Nigel White

Vice President
